Southwest Broadband WireTech Maintenance Plan

At Southwest Broadband, we take pride in providing the communities we serve with advanced technology and exceptional customer service. In doing so, we continually monitor the quality of the communications services we deliver and maintain, repair, or replace the components outside your home from time to time. As a homeowner though, you are responsible for the wiring maintenance inside your home. By subscribing to our WireTech Maintenance Plan, you’ll avoid costly service charges that normally apply when a technician is dispatched to repair trouble related to wiring inside your home. WireTech is an optional service.

When deciding whether to subscribe, you should consider your ability to repair your inside wiring yourself and if the monthly expense is worth avoiding the potential repair expense. Regardless of how many services you purchase from us, you only need to purchase the plan once to cover all your services. Should you choose to enroll in WireTech, the monthly fee will appear as a separate charge on your billing statement and may be cancelled at any time without penalty

Certain terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions apply. Please note that inside wire maintenance may not be your responsibility if you live in an apartment, dorm, condo, nursing home or other group living facility. Contact your landlord or housing manager to determine responsibility.
